1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are only accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be in brand-new condition, without any signs of use, damage, or alterations.
All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
2. Deduction Policy
For complete orders (frame + lenses), the cost of the lenses (including any customizations or coatings) will be deducted from the refund amount.
A return processing fee of 199/-will also apply to cover shipping and handling expenses.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Lenses are considered custom-made products and are non-refundable as they are tailored specifically for your prescription and measurements.
Frames can be refunded once the above conditions are met.
Contact lenses must be in Original packaging otherwise it will not be returned
4. How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order details, reason for the return, and photographs of the product (if required).
Upon approval, we will share the return shipping details.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed once the returned product is inspected and confirmed to meet the return eligibility criteria.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 24 Hours after inspection.
6. Important Notes
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping, so please use a secure shipping method.
